General Information

All items available at Turquoise Port are handcrafted and some pieces are one-of-a-kind. I try my very best to keep my inventory up to date, but in the event that an item is no longer available at the time of your purchase, I will inform you as soon as I can and your payment will be fully refunded. 

No shipping to P.O. Box addresses

The aim is to dispatch your order within three working days of payment confirmation. During busier times, I estimate 3-5 working days. Depending on the destination country, the mode of shipment and customs clearance, your order can take between 1-3 weeks to arrive.

Some items are not available for shipping, but can be ordered online for pick-up in the Showroom.

Orders shipped outside of Japan may be subject to taxes, duties and fees levied by the destination country according to local legislation. You will need to bear these charges for customs clearance levied at the destination country.  Unfortunately, I cannot control or predict what these charges may be – please check with your local customs office for more details as customs tariffs vary from country to country.

Want to save the shipping fee? Place your order online and collect it at one of Turquoise Port’s Showroom Open Days in Higashigotanda, central Tokyo.

Delivery within Japan

Up to 500g: ¥500 yen
Up to 1kg: ¥700 yen
Up to 2kg: ¥1,100 yen
Up to 4kg: ¥1,400 yen
Your order will be shipped via Japan Post.

International Shipping

Due to COVID-19, international shipment is currently on hold.

All prices are shown in Japanese Yen (¥) and all orders will be processed at the checkout in ¥.

Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit card payments are accepted; cash payments in-store possible.
