Returns & Refunds

Please bear in mind that purchasing goods online provides a different shopping experience to buying in-store. In particular you should be aware that:

  • Colours and shades of products shown on the website will depend on many variables, including your monitor display settings, computer type or the light quality in your immediate environment.

  • The sizes and shapes of the items may differ in real life to how they appear on your screen.

  • All Turquoise Port products are individually handcrafted and will have slight differences in shape and finish. They have unique differences revealing how they have been made, setting them apart from mass-produced items. Please contact me if you are unsure about the size, shape or finish of any product.

Returns

I hope you will be delighted with your purchase, however if you are not 100% satisfied, I’m happy to provide a full refund if the item is returned within 14 days from the date of purchase, in its original packaging and in a fully resalable condition.

Any item not in its original condition and packaging or worn beyond simply opening the packaging will not be refunded. No refund will be made if the returned item is damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging.

Return postage is at your own expense. Please obtain proof of postage.

Refunds can only be made to the card used for purchase and will be processed once the item has been received and inspected. Shipping costs and credit card handling charges are non-refundable.

Damaged and faulty goods

Please check your purchase as soon as you receive it and notify me of any faults and damages: alex@turquoiseport.com.
Please include pictures of the damaged goods and packaging.

Please obtain proof of postage.

A full refund including postage will be made to the card used for purchase once the item in question has been returned.
